Inspired by my personal experiences boxing weekly with a group of girlfriends, mentoring teacher trainings and participating in mommy-and-me groups. These experiences are both strengthening and opening, grounding and expansive. They’re structures within which you form deep bonds while learning more about yourself. The more you know yourself and experience others, the more you realize we’re all dealing with the same things and we’re stronger together.

This program is an 8 week series that combines 60 minute Yoga Sculpt classes, pelvic floor and core eduction, breath awareness, meditation and mudras, essential oils, Bach Flowers, mentoring and well-being guidance in a small, social group setting in the West Village of Manhattan. We will work through my guided questionnaire, “Core Reflections”, and collectively select an optional book from my core resources for study and discussion.

Each week, you’ll get:

  • 1, 90-minute session (60 min sculpt/core yoga class + 30 minute group mentoring) in the West Village

  • 1, 30-minute personal mentoring session via Zoom/FaceTime
